A note about gluten: When made with gluten-free Worcestershire sauce, gluten-free buttermilk powder and gluten-free potato chips, this recipe is gluten free.

1 cup blended cottage cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. buttermilk powder
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp. dried parsley
1 ½ tsp. dried chives
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
¾ tsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
½ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's California Sea Salt (or to taste)
½ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns (or to taste)
- potato chips, for serving

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except potato chips; stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hr. to allow flavors to develop.

Tasty Tips:

  • This is a great pantry-friendly dip. If you'd like to use fresh herbs instead of dried, increase the amounts by up to double.
  • All cottage cheese brands are different. If your blended cottage cheese is too thin, add a little extra buttermilk powder to thicken it. You can also stir in sour cream 1 tbsp. at a time until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
