Ginger Aioli


½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. finely minced fresh ginger
2 tsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
1 clove finely minced garlic
¼ tsp. kosher salt
Order Groceries
  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, ginger and lime juice.
  2. Stir in garlic and salt.
  3. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 7 days until ready to use. Try it in our recipe for Teriyaki Burgers.
